projects must complete
an initial planning
meeting. This is to
plan the project’s
purpose, requirements,
possible solutions,
approaches, scheduling,
budgets, vendors,
direct costs, delivery,
special needs, etc.
This meeting can be
done in person or
over the phone. |

A
deposit of 50% of
the project’s
initial estimate is
required before EXPAND
can begin working
on project(s). The
balance of project
fees is placed on
a payment schedule.
A project cancellation
fee applies. (If project
is cancelled or postponed
by client, for any
reason, after EXPAND
has begun working
on project, there
will be no refunds.) |

All
projects include 2
proofing cycles with
sign-off on the 3rd
proof. Proofing may
be done electronically
or in hard copy form,
whichever is best. |

All
marketing projects possess
evolving elements
which, when they
occur, adjust
the project’s
schedule and
budget. Clients
accept full financial
responsibility for
any and all client
oriented requested
changes to the
project that,
by their nature,
will automatically affect
the project’s
initial schedule
plan and budget.
EXPAND will make all
client requested
changes and assumes
that client understands
that budget and
plan changes
will result. |

custom art created
and produced
for the client
is the property
of the client
when project
is paid in full.
Copies of original
art files in
their original
formats are provided
to client upon
request at the
time project
is closed.
EXPAND archives
projects for
client’s
future project
use or reference.
EXPAND is not
responsible for
lost or damaged
files in the
case of lost
or damaged files
whether in the
clients possession
or
EXPAND’s possession

Direct
costs: Project
estimates are gathered
from project vendors.
Final budget decisions
are made by client.
Direct costs may include:
printing, duplication,
fulfillment, etc.
Payment of direct
costs is the responsibility
of the client. EXPAND
does not mark-up direct
costs and is not involved
with them. Billing
for direct costs is
sent directly to client
and written in clients
name. |
